Citizen View
> Citizens can log into potholes complaints through the mobile application in just five clicks by logging in with their mobile number and verifying it via OTP.
> They can view grievance overview for the complaint submitted.
> Facility to Register Grievance.
> Option to capture image.
> The application allows the user to capture the photo of their complaint which is watermarked with its latitude, longitude, and contact number.
> Citizens can reopen the complaint in Reopen tab within 24 hours of complaint resolution time.
> Provision is given for submitting the feedback in Resolved Tab, also link is provided though SMS once the grievance gets resolved.

BMC Employee
> BMC officials can log in to the app using their mobile numbers and an OTP.
> Grievance overview is provided which includes status wise details.
> Recent Grievance will showcase the last 10 records with time left to close.
> Complaint resolution workflow is based on the levels provided along with defined timelines."
