HOW IT WORKS:

After being accepted to join the platform, POURED members can create a profile and set their own availability schedule.
Members are offered shifts by our luxury retail and beauty brands as sales associates, stylists, or greeters with the ability to work either part-time or full-time with various partner brands at once, or to transition to a full time role with one brand.
Members receive booking requests within the app, and are able to clock-in and out seamlessly.
Members are classified as W2 employees and paid every two weeks for shifts worked.
