PracBiz Singapore has assisted GS1 Singapore to localize the EAN.UCC ebXML messaging standard to facilitate industries to perform E-Commerce effectively and efficiently at a national level. Leveraging on the standard adoption by key players in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry, we have helped the Dairy Farm Group of Companies and other retailers to rollout the ebXML order message to their suppliers. To date, over 800 suppliers, big and small, are receiving orders from the retailers in GS1 ebXML using PracXchange, B2B EC Client and supplier web portal.

PracBiz also provides customer-centric Help Desk Support to retailers and suppliers as an outsourced managed service to assist them in their day-to-day operations.

PracBiz is founded by a group of E-Commerce pioneers to provide EC solutions in both the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) arena. The founding members were the key contributors to the design and implementation of the first EDI over the Internet for the Grocery Retail Industry (ShopNet) in Singapore in 1996. PracBiz started its Singapore office in 2003, after the founding members saw the increasing acceptance of Internet and the changing business model in the retail industry. By 2004, PracBiz established an off-shore software development centre in Nanjing, China, which further expanded the capacity and technical expertise. In mid 2008, PracBiz established its first off-shore sales office in Malaysia.
