Precision Pizza will allow you to calculate the exact doses for your doughs in just a few seconds. Set the number of baskets, their weight, the desired hydration and all other parameters to calculate your personalized recipe that you can save to consult in the future or share it with friends.

This is the recipe from which I think you should start if you've never made a dough, set the app values like this:
Number of panielli: with the number of pizzas you want to make, for example enter 3 if you intend to make 3 pizzas.
Basket weight: 250g
Hydration: 58-60%
Salt: 50g / L, means that you will use 50g of salt for every liter of water in the recipe. The same applies to the Oil / lard / butter item.
Oil / lard / butter: 0g / L
Room temperature: take a look at what the thermostat says
Proving hours: 8h
Hours in the fridge: 0h, the dough will remain at room temperature all the time, you will never put it in the fridge.
