Prenatal Study

Designed to provide alternate pre-testing education for pregnancy patients. Clinical study participants will use this app, along with accompanying questionnaires, as part of a genetic testing education research project. A research study code, provided by a clinician or study coordinator, will be required to use this app.

This prenatal testing application explains chromosomes, conditions that prenatal screening can identify, and testing options available including NIPT (noninvasive prenatal testing). Developed by a team of doctors and genetic specialists from Roche, the app will be used to enhance and evaluate clinical conversations about pregnancy testing options in research studies.

This app breaks down complex genetics information into easy to understand concepts and can be completed in less than 15 minutes.
