The problems will be dictated by a computer-generated voice. You can change the speed and volume of the dictation from the above menu any time. All features are focused on avoiding dementia and Alzheimer's prevention.

HOW TO USE THIS BRAIN TRAINING APP:

There are two types of sessions:
1 – Calculation
Please do mental arithmetic for a fixed time or session. You can adjust the time interval between dictation of the problem and the answer at any time.
2 - Subtracting numbers sequentially
Subtract a number repeatedly from the start number until you reach zero.
Answers will be given at the interval you choose. You can adjust the
interval speed at any time.
NOTE:
Don't worry about getting the answer wrong.
You can change the session time period from the screen.
IMPORTANT:
If possible, it's best to continue using the app for 30 minutes a day, three times a week, for up to a year, but use it at your own pace according to your cognitive health condition.
You may help avoid dementia or Alzheimer’s disease is possible if this app is practiced regularly.
If dementia symptoms are felt, this app can serve as dementia activities for prevention!
