The PRiSM Perception App is a generic tool that can be configured for different concerts, presentations and experiments. It will gather data which will be analysed to explore what mathematical relationships the listener may be hearing.
The first version was used at a performance at the Royal Northen College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester on the 4th October called "The Music of Proof".
PRiSM is the RNCM Centre for Practice & Research in Science & Music. It brings together a number of creative collaborations between the sciences and music.
