PRISM HCMS Mobile App is an integrated app with PRISM HCMS Application (Payroll, Time Management & HR Solution). It gives employees the liberty to use PRISM Time Management System and Self-Service Portal while working from home or a remote location.
It allows employees to mark their attendance while recording the location and the employer can track the time employees spend on projects and tasks and analyze their productivity.
Through PRISM HCMS employees can:
- View Profile
- Check their Schedule
- Mark Attendance on the Go
- Keep Track of the Projects and Tasks they worked on

- Get Live Attendance of Employees avoiding the hassle of Attendance Machine
- Get the Location and Picture of employees when they mark attendance
- Can Restrict employees to mark attendance at the prescribed location (Geo-Fencing)

Online & Offline Mode:
Once the employee has logged in and data is downloaded the app can be used in Offline Mode and the data will be synced on the server as soon as the internet facility is available.
