Probation Check In

This Probation Check In app is an add-on for our online software. It allows an Apple iPad to be used as a kiosk to enter customer names and information in a lobby.

Probation Check In replaces the traditional sign in sheet with a queuing system that documents each visitor with date and time stamp, records their reason for visit and notifies the right department or person that someone is waiting. Sign In information is stored for long term reporting and documentation. Easily search and recall any visitor and the person that helped them last. Reports include wait times, traffic volume, and export to excel.

To sync with an existing account, set your system id and password then type UPDATE for the name and hit enter. May take 15 seconds to update. Settings will be stored as defaults.
