PropTrack solves this dangerous problem by allowing the buyers, sellers, lawyers, financial institutions and realtors apart of the transaction to visualize what is happening on our amazing tracker and get notifications as the transaction moved from one stage to the next.

PropTrack is an excellent tool for realtors who want to better keep track of their transactions. After the account is created and then verified for the safety of all members of the transaction, each participant must accept an invitation to a set role to begin the transaction. Once accepted, if an action is required at a particulate step based on the role assigned, the realtor or transaction starter can then notify and send reminders using PropTrack.
