Protasco AR

Protasco Development Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Protasco Berhad, a company incorporated in Malaysia and whose shares are quoted on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The principal activities of the Company are property development, investment holding and retail. It is presently involved in the development of De Centrum City which has an area of 100 acres at the intersection of Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang, Selangor. In the master plan for De Centrum City there are development plans for the following components:

• Academic Block
• Hotel
• Retail
• Mall
• Service Apartments
• Condominium
• Signature Office Tower
• Convention Center
• Sports Complex

Currently, we are developing Perumaham Penjawat Awam Saderi Phase 2, which consists of 1,100 units Apartment. We also currently launched of D’Perdana Telipot at Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Sentrio; Business Center II at Pasir Gudang and Perumahan Penjawat Awam Phase 4 consist of 1681 units. For D’Perdana Telipot, which consist of 568 units of service Apartment and 15 units of shop. Then, for Sentrio; Business Center II consists of 66 units of shop.

The principal activities of Protasco Group of Companies include road construction and maintenance, engineering services, consultancy, project management and trading of construction-related materials. Protasco Development, being a member of the Protasco Group, is therefore able to leverage on the expertise, experience and financial resources of the Group to undertake property developments successfully
