• Why is this App better than a website? Prowedian operates with the Google Cloud Firestore database and is capable of functioning even when there is no internet connection, which often occurs when working on weddings in inaccesible locations. Therefore, you can continue to book, edit, and monitor your events in offline mode; once you reconnect to the internet, all data will be synchronized with the server.



[Overview] - It's more of a bulletin board than a calendar of wedding events for the entire year on one screen! You can see all the wedding events on one screen, differentiated by color, which increases the clarity of your workload, and you can react quickly if you have a free appointment. You can immediately see if the Deposit event is paid, if it is paid in full, or if the work is delivered. Of course, you can export the event to the Apple Calendar and Contacts or print a paper label on the bulletin board if needed.

[Booking] - Easily book new wedding events with all the specifications you need. You will then have comprehensive information available in one place. You can choose from event formats such as Wedding day, Partial wedding, Couple session, Business event, Private event, Prom-Ball, Other work, which are color-coded for better recognition. You can fill in the Main location, Wedding ceremony location, and a Meeting point. The integrated API calculates possible routes for you, and you can see the preliminary distance and time spent traveling.

[Dashboard] - Here you can see Upcoming events, Team inquiries, Pending payments, Events to be completed, as well as Annual Summary and Cumulative summary and reports. It's one screen where you can find out everything you need and what you have planned, who owes you money, and which events are waiting to be processed.

[Teamwork] - When you activate teamwork, you can invite friendly wedding vendors you have successfully collaborated with. This collaboration promotes efficiency, leverages collective experience, and enhances overall team performance. Each teammate also brings their own trusted members, expanding your network. This creates a 2-tier team, increasing referrals and cooperation significantly. Clients will appreciate the additional contacts and support, and colleagues will be grateful for the work opportunities, benefiting everyone involved.

[Team Inquiries] - These are essentially requests you create when you're seeking a collaborator for a wedding or if you have booked dates, so you can recommend friendly vendors. If a Team Inquiry interests you, simply click the [Accept] button. As a result, the sharing member will see who has accepted the Team Inquiry, and subsequently, an automatically generated email will be sent to the client with just one click. If the sharing member referred the Team Inquiry to the client, you'll see a green icon [Referred].
