The goal of the app is to allow the user to gain deeper insights about themselves through the use of AI powered analysis. The ability of large language models to detect patterns across large swathes of text is perfectly suited to this task. In our testing and daily use, we have found that the AI analysis does a remarkable job of identifying key themes, personality traits and overarching patterns of emotions / behaviours.
