1. Bluetooth Power Meter.
2. Bluetooth Speed Sensor.
3. Wahoo Fitness KICKR, CORE, or SNAP bike smart trainer
4. any bike trainer that supports the Bluetooth Smart FTMS standard

Optionally connect a Bluetooth Cadence and Heart rate monitor.

Resistance increases based on road grade. Fully customizable for bike type, rider weight, and measurement (metric or imperial). Pair your Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor to better track your training effort.

Select your category, set your goals, and go. No need for accounts, membership, or subscription, just start riding.

Try out the brand new High-intensity interval training (HIIT) feature! Choose a HIIT workout and follow the simple instructions to keep your power, speed, and Cadence on track for each interval.

The app has a unique feature to resume rides. Tackle a century ride over several days. Resume exactly where you left off from the previous workout.

Ideal for indoor cycling training. The athlete can choose from multiple bike routes that range from pancake flat to leg during mountain climbs. Your trainer will automatically adjust resistance in response to the road grade at each given point of the route.

Athletes monitor their progress by viewing their current location on the map. Also, easy to read speed, power, and grade indicators ensure you are on track. Finally, a road grade change chart ensures you can shift into the correct gear before it is too late.

For those training for long distances, athletes can ride long courses over multiple training sessions. Just go to the “In-Progress” tab to resume a ride wherever you last left off.
