The app allows you to make the most of your Fitness World membership. You can plan and monitor your training, share it with your buddies and participate in various challenges, a selection of which include Health integration. In addition you can use the app to see your body measurements for free at selected centers.

Our personal trainers have developed a wide range of training programs with video instructions, which you now have access to through the app. As something brand new, you are now able to book your own personal trainer through the app (If you have bought this).
