When you have 2 minutes just launch the app and do some push ups, it's super easy to use. We use the latest Augmented Reality technology from Apple (ARKit) to count your pushups automatically when you exercise, so it's seamless.

We record all workout performances so you can see your best ones and have key numbers to beat.

We also care about great user-experience & design and if you care about this too, you're in the right place. This is just an early version of the product and we're awaiting your feedback to improve it. We strive for uniqueness and we hope to bring a bunch of unique features to this app if it's a success.

- "My Plan", a personalised program with a tailored calendar to reach specific goals like "100 pushups in a row"
- Seasonal events and challenges to earn trophies and medals to keep being motivated

- Workout history + progress tracking with statistic graphics and key numbers
- Track burned calories & average speed per pushups
- Publish your workouts with friends on Strava
- Record your workouts and burned calories in Apple Health
- Track heart rate (BPM) during exercise (Apple Watch)

Puuush is also available on your Apple Watch.
Start a pushup session when you want, where you want, without your iPhone. The watch app use motion sensors to count your pushups automatically and will synchronize your workout on your iPhone when available.
