App Store Description

The QM app gives ISS employees and customers access to assess cleaning that has been performed at a customer.

A service assistant can create an assessment. They can either manually choose a customer , use QR codes or a GPS function. Thus can they make an assessment on their current location. They can add pictures and comments to their assessment.
The service assistant can get an overview over the assessments that they have made, as well as see added assessments from service managers and customers.

A service manager can add an assessment to the service assistants’ assessment under Available assessments. They can also see the history of all the assessments under Previous assessments.
The service manager can also send a service performance overview to their e-mails so that this can be printed.

The client have all the same possibilities as the service manager, but they are only able to see assessments created on their locations.
