You create a checklist. You scan a QR-Code. You instantly grant colleagues or employees access to your checklist. When your list is marked as completed you will receive an email as documentation. It’s quick, easy and shortens the day-to-day work flows.

If the checklist shall be repeated daily, weekly or monthly you can set your app to send notifications when a certain checklist needs to be updated. If a colleague or employee forgets to update a checklist, a notification will be send as a reminder. It is therefore of the utmost importance that all users of this app allow push notifications.
