App Store Description

QScan is a simple & useful QR Code Reader designed for Emma. Like you and I, Emma lives in a
digital world surrounded by practical & interesting use of QR codes.
Emma has chosen QScan as the trusted tool to decode them; here are reasons why you should too:
*It can be used anywhere, everywhere
*It adopts a minimalist design with clean layout & aesthetically pleasing colour platelet
*It launches quickly & is easy to use, complimented with a small app size
*It allows you to either scan a QR Code or read a QR code image from your mobile phone
*It automatically store URLs so that you can revisit them anytime
*It has a clipboard function which allows quick “copy” & “paste” of URL
* Share interesting URLs with your loved ones via social media platforms
*It has a date sorting function which allows you to easily trace stored URL by date
We present to you an excerpt from Emma’s diary on how she uses QScan in a typical day:
26 November
07:00
I begin my journey to work in the morning by using Qscan to obtain arrival time of my train. Every
second counts and I could squeeze in 5 minutes of time to grab a sandwich at the kiosk. Arriving at
the platform on time, I hopped onto a jam-packed train and found a spot right in front of an
advertisement featuring an interesting game app. “Seems interesting, my kind of app”, I proceeded to
launch QScan to capture the advertisement QR code which I can easily retrieve later. No time for
more now as I am just about to drop off at the next station. While walking to my office, I chanced upon
a billboard advertisement featuring clearance sales of my favourite fashion brand….YES! Delighted, I
paused for a quick moment and launched QScan to capture the QR code printed on the billboard.
Sweet deal of the day!
12:00
Tick-tock…3 hours into finishing my management report & replying of emails, it is time for lunch and I
headed to the pantry. While enjoying my hot bowl of noodle, I recall the game app which I saw in train
this morning. Whipping out my phone in an instant, I launched QScan to retrieve the stored URL. Via
the URL, I downloaded the game app and was elated by how fun it was. For sure, the next thing I did
was to use QScan to share the app URL on social media with my community of friends. “Hmm…this
might be worth sharing with Charlie since he is also developing a game app. But wait, he is not in my
social media community”. Fret not! I can still copy the URL and send it to him via chat messenger.
Alright, lunchtime is almost up but I could afford just 5 minutes more of scrolling through my QScan
history to check if I am missing out any other good stuff. Always guilty of scanning & forgetting.
19:00
The sun has set and it is finally time to wrap up a day of work. Might be worthwhile dropping by my
favourite fashion shop to check out if I could put the promotion code into good use. Alas no luck
today, nothing caught my eye. Well never mind, time to head home for dinner and chill out with
Tabby, my fat cat. While resting on the couch and playing with my mobile phone, I was reminded of
another QR code which I scanned two weeks ago…tsk tsk. I launched QScan and used the date
sorting function to sieve out the URL easily. Yes, the URL points to more information of my favourite
author’s new book launch. Just then, my phone beeped…a text from Ashley. She sent me an image
of a QR Code and I used QScan to read it. Oh, it is the Japanese restaurant she has been raving
about. Maybe time to arrange for a dinner date with her……
