Queue - the social party app.

It isn’t easy to be a party app in times where you can’t attend or host big parties because of the global pandemic. We have therefore been forced to think differently, which has led to the launch of Queue Nightlife - a whole new way of interacting with people in your local nightlife. 


Queue nightlife allows you to share and explore live party moments with your local nightlife. Your nightlife feed consists of live party pictures captured by people nearby you. This creates a feeling of partying together and gives you the possibility to meet new people even in these times. You can like pictures found on your feed and visit the Instagram profile of people near you.

Here are the features of Queue broken down into before, during and after the party:

1 ) Before the party:
Queue makes the invite experience as smooth as possible. Everybody has attended a party where nobody knew who and how many were actually coming. With Queue, the host just fill in details about the party (date, location etc.) and share a unique party link for guests to join. And then a guest list will automatically be created, where everybody invited can see the guest list and announce if they are coming.

2 ) During the party:
With Queue we strive to create the ultimate music experience for every single guest attending the party. We have made it possible for everyone to add and upvote songs to the music queue from their own Queue app as long as the host is connected to a Spotify and soon Apple Music account. While listening to the most loved music, you can take polaroid-like party pictures and instantly share them to become a part of the local Queue Nightlife.

3 ) After the party
We have decided only to show the Queue Nightlife feed when it’s most active - Friday-Sunday. When waking up Saturday/Sunday you will be able to browse through your local nightlife from the evening before and find new people to interact with. Before closing Queue Nightlife Sunday evening, we will decide the top 5 most liked pictures of the week locally, which will be the only pictures shown at the feed until next Friday.
