The application has both web and mobile platforms , with capabilities to manage contacts, leads, sales pipelines, and integrate with social media platforms. It has a simple and easy-to-use interface and customers can start using it instantly.
It includes features like contact management, lead generation, sales pipeline management, social media integration, and dashboards. Its multi-tenant nature allows multiple organizations to use the system while maintaining data segregation. Each tenant (customer) will have independent control over their data and user management, with compliance to GDPR and other data security measures.
Users can leverage the contact management function to create and manage contacts which will further show all linked leads and their current status with the navigation to the lead page. It has a product and service management function to clearly define them. Leads can be created from contacts and tracked through the sales pipeline which will manage the flow of the leads through the different stages of the sales process. It can also easily integrate with the various social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads for lead generation purposes.
It also has provisions to add email templates, send emails to leads using a selected template, capture email responses received, and integrate a telephone service. Here, salespersons gets to record activities, notes, or any other details regarding a lead. A complete audit of what is happening on a contact and lead's lifecycle can be easily recorded. It also has functionalities to manually and automatically assign leads to salespersons. The various user roles include Super Admin, Admins, Salespersons, and Managers roles for user control. The interactive dashboard provides real-time insights and analytics and users can import and export their data seamlessly.
To put it in a nutshell, the core features of the app includes access to contacts, leads and sales pipeline. It also has the ability to push notifications for new leads, status updates, and reminders too.
