QuitEasy works by creating an individualized plan that automatically adjusts to your habits; without sharing any of your personal data. The plan features a simple timer that takes the guesswork of how long to wait between smokes to comfortably meet your goal. Following the time sequence helps break down the habit of smoking when you engage in certain activities such as, getting into your car or, when you walk to the bus.

QuitEasy will adjust to your habit everyday and consistently encourage you to assist you in reaching your ultimate goal. QuitEasy will also keep score. A point is assigned for every minute over your goal time that you are able to keep from smoking.
