App Store Description

QwikReg is a registration application based on QR code recognition. The application aims to free visitors and managers of restaurants, shops and organizations from a bothersome obligation to fill out necessary forms.

Contactless registration is becoming more and more trendy in the modern world. Market research has shown that the managers at various types of facilities still use the old "pen and paper" way to fulfil the requirements imposed by the government. In particular, one type of data collected is the contact data of the visitors. QwikReg replaces this procedure with a simple scan process.

QwikReg is designed for the Visitor and for the Manager.

The visitor enters their contact information (name, phone number, email, street and city) in the app. This information can also be imported from the address book of the smartphone. One visitor can add several friends as well.

The app converts the contact data of multiple visitors into one QR code.

The manager of the restaurant/shop/organization receives this contact information by simply scanning the QR code.

The data is stored on the manager's device. There is no central storage.

The scanning can be performed in two modes:

* Sequential mode assigns each visitor a unique number and can be used e.g. for counting visitors to a shop.

* Per-Code mode assigns a unique number to each group of visitors from one QR code, and can be used e.g. for connecting people to a table number in a restaurant.

Independent of the operation mode, all visitors are also automatically assigned the time of arrival (check-in) to the location.

Departure (check-out) is performed either automatically after a pre-defined period of time or manually by checking out the selected guest(s).
