With the ARRIVE Console, store associates have an in-store companion to efficiently manage their pickup order queue. The ARRIVE Console provides a complete picture around pickup orders in one place making your order fulfilment seamless.
The ARRIVE Console shows a view of upcoming pickup orders, including customer information (if shared) such as phone number or vehicle information. Also included is 2-way SMS communication, enabling store associates to keep customers informed about their order. When customers arrive, they simply text the store and store associates get alerted on the ARRIVE Console.
When ARRIVE predictive arrival technology is enabled, store associates get additional information around customers such as who is arriving soon, who has arrived, and where customers are parked for curbside handoff. The addition of predictive arrival reduces the added step requiring customers to alert the stores of their upcoming arrival. Best of all, analytics such as customer wait time can be shared back to corporate to assist brands in improving experience and operations nationwide.
The ARRIVE Console is part of the Rakuten Ready ARRIVE solution suite.
