RangerMate

RangerMate is a communications tool for Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service field staff that allows them to be informed of recent news and updates.

Field staff are notified of news articles as they are published so that they can ensure that they're kept up to date about important information.

RangerMate provides a wide range of frequently asked questions to help ensure that field staff are able to provide the public with clear and concise information regarding their enquiries.

Along with frequently asked questions, field staff have access to a series of Fact Files for perusal and to keep up to date on information that they might not encounter in their day to day duties.
