With the READI Response app, for the firs time you have the ability to request a rapid incident investigation anywhere in the United States in record time. With just a few clicks in the READI Response app you are connected to the READI Network of professional investigators for any kind of incident. For example a driver has an accident in a remote location in the middle of the night, they open the READI Response app and in minutes they are connected to an investigator. The driver the investigator and a supervisor can see in real time what is happening. They can all message each other in the app and in the online portal. When the investigation is complete, a minute-by-minute and step by step report is available with images of the report and findings. If applicable the driver and investigator can take pictures of the scene and load it into the report. This is truly the first time that a carrier has a chance of meeting the very tight requirements for post-accident investigations.
