Ready Chef Go Bistro and Market has a deep appreciation for what mother nature provides for us. We source for flavor, ripeness, and integrity of production. When selecting our meats we look for animals that are pasture-raised, grass-fed, sustainably harvested, and humanely treated.

We are known for using the freshest, local, farm-direct produce selection available here in Northern California and we do that by pairing with many of California’s best farmers to ensure that what we make in the restaurant is fresh and ready to eat.
