We do things a bit differently at Recruit Recruit, a recruitment agency based in Wolverhampton, taking the time to get to know clients and candidates properly, rather than merely “processing” vacancies and applications. We think the simple things are important: attention to detail; honest, straightforward advice; open-book pricing and guarantees; and basic common courtesies (calling people when we said we would, doing what we said we would, and providing feedback rather than a wall of silence).

For these reasons we always meet with potential clients to gain a real understanding of the job description, company culture, and wider objectives of the organisation. We want to forge true partnerships and long term relationships – not just take the money and run! Our Client Pages can give you more information on services and offers. If you’re fed up with looking at your computer screen, or can’t find what you’re after please gives us a call. You’ll generally get through to a real person as we can’t stand those automated systems. At worst, you’ll get an answer machine, but we always call back, so you don’t have to do the chasing.

We also interview candidates in person. We want to get to know you, understand your needs and motivations, and place you in a position that you want to do, not just the ones you can.
