Learn how it works:
- Pick your task. If you have a large task, break it down into short timed intervals.
- Set a timer to 25 minutes.
- Focus on your task for 25 minutes.
- When the timer goes off, take a 5 minute break. Drink a cup of tea, eat a snack or call a friend.
Move out of the focused mode.
- Repeat again if you need to do more work.
- Reward yourself with a long break of 15-20 minutes after 4 rounds.
The 25’ timer is fully customizable: you can set the work and break intervals as long as you wish. However, it is recommended not to work more than 50 minutes in a working mode before you take a break.
The app will train your brain to focus for short periods, with time it will also improve your attention and concentration.
