Customers who require cleaning services (for their homes, offices or BNBs) are matched with to cleaners i.e. Home Professional. A Home Professional is an individual who provides cleaning services as an Independent Contractor via the RedApron Web and App Platforms

A Home Professional is an individual who provides cleaning services (homes, offices, BNB etc) as an Independent Contractor via the RedApron Web and App Platforms. Home Professionals are not the employees of RedApron.

In order to be eligible to provide their services via the RedApron Platform, prospective Home Professionals are required to meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 1year cleaning or related work experience
Is vetted by (1) checking 2 previous related work references (2) Possessing a valid Namibian Police Clearance
Trained by RedApron and pass the Onboarding test
