redlyst’ LLC offers enhanced situational awareness by identifying potential threats with state-of-the-art facial recognition and patent-pending, shared persons of interest (“POI”) database technologies. The redlyst App allows redlyst, LLC customers (“Owners”) access to the Owner’s private POI database and redlyst LLC’s patent-pending technologies.

Among other things, within the redlyst app, Users can:
∙ Populate the Owners private person of interest (“POI”) databases with person of interest profiles
∙ Review POI profiles and activity histories of any POI
∙ Connect their smartphone camera for use as a facial recognition sensor
∙ Send to the redlyst POI database smartphone camera pictures to compare against POI “base” pictures
∙ Confirm that the person in the smartphone camera picture is a person in the POI database (a “Confirmed Sighting”)
∙ Notify other Users in the Owner’s User group of the Confirmed Sighting and the location of such confirmed sighting
∙ Receive notification of other Confirmed Sighting by other Users in the Owner’s User Group
