The Reflections Behavioral Health Companion is an application to help you monitor and measure your mental health. You can check-in daily to track mental and physical health and medication compliance, journal, and access mental health related resources. You can complete standard mental health screening assessments, share results with a healthcare provider, and review changes over time. Reflections can help you determine if you are experiencing symptoms that may require additional support.
