How we work:

Refni Direct is currently an invite-only platform. In order to use the app, you must be invited by an individual, company or brand to join a Conversation hosted by that individual, company or brand:

1) Click on the Conversation invite link you received (e.g. in an email/SMS from a company/brand)
2) First time users: follow the prompts to download our App, then re-click on the Conversation invitation link to open the Conversation. Existing users: click on the new Conversation invite link to be taken to the new Conversation directly!
3) Tap on Conversation-bubbles to record your video responses
4) Press "Submit" once you are happy with your answer

Tips:

*Grant us access to your camera and microphone so that you can record your video responses. We don't use your camera or microphone for any other purpose
*Keep your responses under 60 seconds
*Make sure you are using a steady mobile or WiFi network (4G or faster)
*Keep your face is in-frame when recording your response
