Reichenau an der Rax CityApp is a tourist application administered by the Cityhall of Reichenau an der Rax that is dedicated to the Reichenau an der Rax city area, in Austria.

It is aimed at both tourists and locals with various interests that are offered detailed information on most attractive POIs and events in the area, as well as on existing local services (accommodation, restaurants, bars, tourist info points and offices) or local news (city hall press reports).

The current version of the Reichenau an der Rax CityApp contains the following themes:

- Economy: commerical company that offer all kind of services
- Events Calendar: events that take place in the city
- Food & Drink: places that serve food and drinks
- Health: places that offer health related services
- Leisure: places that offer leisure activities
- Press Report: news that can be found on the City Hall website
- Sights: places that are worth visiting
- Shopping: places that offer shopping opportunities
- Tourist Info: official tourist info points and offices where a tourist can get information on what to see and to do in and around the city

All POIs contain relevant information (photos, text, address, telephone and mobile number with the possibility to call using the call function of the device, email address with the possibility to send a message using the email function of the device, website, opening hours, location of the POIs shown on Google maps, routing options)

Alphabetical and by distance sorting options are implemented. Also, various filtering options are available, according to the type of POIs.

Die Reichenau an der Rax City App ist eine informative Applikation, die vom Rathaus verwaltet wird. Sie ist der Gegend um Reichenau an der Rax, in Österreich gewidmet.

Die Zielgruppe sind sowohl Einheimische als auch Besucher mit unterschiedlichen Interessen. Ihnen werden detaillierte Informationen zu den schönsten POIs und Veranstaltungen in der Umgebung angeboten, genauso wie zu bestehenden lokalen Einrichtungen (Unterkünfte, Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Kultur- und Freizeitaktivitäten und Einrichtungen der öffentlichen Verwaltung) sowie Lokalnachrichten (Neues aus dem Rathaus).

Der Inhalt wird in Echtzeit aktualisiert und wird laufend erneuert, um genaue und relevante Informationen zu liefern.

Die momentane Version der Reichenau an der Rax CityApp beinhaltet die folgenden Themen:
- Aktuelles: Nachrichten, die auf der Webseite des Rathauses veröffentlicht werden
- Bürgerservice: Einrichtungen, die verschiedenste Services der öffentlichen Verwaltung anbieten
- Einkaufen: Geschäfte, in denen verschiedenste Güter erworben werden können
- Essen & Trinken: Betriebe, die Speisen und Getränke servieren
- Eventkalender: Veranstaltungen, die in der Gemeinde stattfinden
- Freizeit: Einrichtungen, die Freizeitaktivitäten bieten
- Gesundheit: Ärzte und andere Gesundheitseinrichtungen
- Kultur: Einrichtungen, die kulturelle Aktivitäten bieten
- Sehenswertes: Sehenswertes in der Gegend
- Touristinfo: Orte, wo Touristen relevante Informationen erhalten können
- Unterkunft: Betriebe, die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für Besucher anbieten
- Wirtschaft: Wirtschaftsbetriebe in der Gemeinde

Alle POIs beinhalten relevante Informationen (Text, Adresse, Telefon- und Handynummer mit der Möglichkeit, die Anruffunktion des Geräts zu nutzen, E-Mailadresse, mit der Möglichkeit ein Mail über die Mailfunktion des Gerätes zu senden, Webseite, Öffnungszeiten und Standort des POIs auf der Karte.)

Alphabetische Sortierung und Sortierung nach Entfernung sind ebenso implementiert. Darüber hinaus sind mehrere Filter verfügbar, abhängig von der Art des POIs.
