Just add an anniversary once and it keeps reminds you of it regularly. The remind interval can be once a month, once a week, once a day. It depends on what significance you set to the anniversary.

5 levels of Significance

High: a half year before ~ a month before = once a month &
a month before ~ a week before = once a week &
a week before ~ the anniversary = once a day

Middle: a month before ~ a week before = once a week &
a week before ~ the anniversary = once a day

Low: a week before ~ the anniversary = once a day

Snooz: remind next year

OFF: No remind

You will never miss the anniversaries by setting their significance to “High”!
