To start the video interaction, download the application and return to the email or SMS to connect the session.
During the remote visit you can leverage the following capabilities:
- High-definition audio
- Automatically adaptive video frame rate
- Live remote pointer
- Two way drawing and annotations
- Ability to pause video, capture and share images
The application does not allow the engineering specialist access any data stored on your device.
