App Store Description

Hi there. If you are a real estate broker, owner or tenant and tired of managing your paperwork and remembering all the details of a property, you have come to the right place!

With rent story you can now, at ease save all your property details in one place.

If you have ten or a hundred or a thousand properties to manage, you can have them all on your palm.
Easy to use, you just click on “add" property card option and start filling in the property details.

Not only that, if the property is rented, you can also add the owner and the tenant to the property card.

This, for the future reference shows you who the property is rented to and the expiry date of the lease period.

On adding the owner and tenant to the property card, the property card is also visible to them on their app.
Adding a owner or tenant to the property card involves an easy OTP verification to avoid miscommunication. Without OTP verification, you cannot be added to any property card so no one can create a spam of you.

With this, the owner and tenant receive automated notifications and texts asking if you have received or paid the rent due respectively.

Rent Story also generates automated rent receipts once the owner and tenant have confirmed the payments have been received and made
