Create custom routines from dozens of available exercises or add your own that target the improvements you want to make. Get a clear view of what you need to do to get stronger every time you train, boost consistency with the rest timer and easily perform drop sets and super sets to push yourself to the limit.

EAT.
Automatically calculate the macronutrient and calorie requirements you need to achieve your goals, then fine-tune your targets as needed to make sure you're getting the fuel you need to progress. You can log foods from our expanding database, just search or use the barcode scanner, or create your own recipes to quickly log your favourite meals.

Rep.Eat.Repeat also integrates with Apple Health to share your workouts and improve calorie monitoring.

REPEAT.
Keep track of your progress at the gym with concise charts that monitor body mass, fat percentage, weight lifted, one rep max and more. Get the insights needed to make sure you're getting stronger every time you train. Compare records with your friends and other athletes, and share your favourite routines and recipes.

PRO.
Subscribe to Pro to get rid of adverts from within the app, and gain access to programs that use tried and tested sports development research to set up your workouts and project targets for each set.

Pro is a monthly (£2.49) or annual (£14.99) subscription, charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase.
