Reportal App

Reportal has been designed to streamline the reporting process, by digitising reports and documentation your staff will have every resource they need in one handy app! Reportal provides complete control of the forms available in the app along with their appearance once completed via an intuitive drag and drop builder. Simply specify the data you want captured within the app, then using the mobile application, your staff can download and complete the report wherever they are. It even works offline in the cases that your staff don’t have a network connection!

Once a report has been submitted by your staff it will be stored on the admin portal along with any additional media attachments. Reportal provides complete control over the final result meaning you won’t notice the difference between your original paper reports and the pdfs automatically generated by Reportal. You can even brand the contents of the app with your own logo and colour scheme.

With each report, your staff will be able to attach images, videos, audio and even their location with ease. All they need to do is fill out the fields that you've specified. Thus completely removing the hassle of collating multiple elements within a single report. The app also features an image and PDF viewer, meaning that your staff will always have access to useful reference material whilst on the go.
