The Reps with Rachel program was designed to be approachable and streamlined. Stop hopping around from different workouts and classes to actually build the results you want and increase your confidence in your routine and in your body’s capabilities.
Appropriate for beginners and intermediate levels, the workouts are organized in phases to help you improve and advance month over month.
Features
Options for both home or gym workouts. You will get to choose which at the start of each new phase. Home workouts require only dumbbells and resistance bands. Gym workouts will use some machines, but not more than what Rachel has in the Gym Garage. It’s like you’re there training with her!
Progressive programming with a new phase every month. Direction on how to progress week-to-week, and workout tracking to record your performance and see your improvements.
Demo videos with detailed form explanations and valuable fitness resources to better understand your program structure.
