Are you interested in managing and accurately tracking your marketing visits? RepStep’s is the easiest and most efficient way to track your marketing contact visits, while accurately calculating your mileage.

Administrators and Marketing directors can manage multiple sales reps and get live feedback related to their marketing efforts.

How does it work? The application is simple and powerful, when the representative arrives for their marketing appointment they will create a company and contact within the app. After checking in, their GPS location along with the time and contact information will be logged into the system. Upon completion of the appointment the representative will check out, GPS location will be logged and they will be prompted to answer a couple questions about their visit. These will be used in the future to better understand the marketing trends of each contact. Notes can be added to each visit and will automatically pull up during the next check in so the conversation can pick up where it left off.

You can also track your referrals. When you add a referral you connect it to a specific contact and company. When visiting a contact you can view a recent referral report so you can provide feedback specific to the referral. Later you will be able to pull reports related to all your visits. This will help the rep easily understand which type of visits are leading to the most referrals.

At the beginning of each month a marketing director can set a monthly goal for each rep. Throughout the month as the rep makes visits and receives referrals the dashboard will show how many referrals they have received and how close they are to their goal. The “sales board” on the dashboard shows the visits and referrals for each rep in a company. This creates some healthy competition and leads to increased referrals.
