Resco eConcierge

The eConcierge mobile app is a cross-platform, cross-role tool added to the Resco PMS software suite to aid crew members during their daily efforts, by improving both their mobility and performance.
Includes modules:

Hotel Maintenance - Allows crew members to effortlessly communicate maintenance issues to the party responsible for fixing them.

Check-In - Adding mobility to the normally quite static embarkation procedure enables check-in staff to roam the terminal or re-position themselves quickly if/when such need arises.

POS - Offers point-of-sale functionality.

Food Order - Improve the way your restaurants work by automating information flow between servers and the kitchen. This module is fully integrated with Resco ePOS solution.
