Reservatos was founded to answer the following questions:

- How to reserve a table fast and easy?

You can use our application to make reservations at your favourite restaurants and receive a digital confirmation in the app. You will see an estimated response time once you place a reservation request.

- What offers are available at Restaurants to benefit from?

Through Reservatos, you can access any partner restaurant’s profile and see all their offers in the offer section. Those offers are limited to Reservatos users. All you need to do is inform the restaurant that you would like to benefit from the offer once you arrive.

- How to know the cuisine the restaurant offers, and know the menu beforehand?

In each restaurant’s profile, you can access the menu section and see their full menu for food and beverage. Also, many of our partner restaurants share their prices on the menu itself. Still, some restaurants decide on hiding their prices.

- How to rate your experience at the restaurants?

After making a reservation through the application and benefiting from the service, you’ll have the option to rate your experience, write a review, and upload an image from your visit to the restaurant.
You can also read other reviews and check restaurants’ ratings before visiting.

- How to be always up to date with all offers, new items on the menu and new open restaurants?

We will keep you updated with any changes happening through our notification service. We will share with you any new offers you might like, any new restaurants that are partnering with us, and any changes the restaurants make.
We will also notify you through our notification service when your reservation request is accepted or declined.
