RESITE Simulation is an immersive 3D training environment for enhancing blended learning strategies. With RESITE, you can reinforce concepts introduced in the classroom and other face-to-face instruction environments using your PC or mobile device. RESITE enables trainees to educate themselves with the experiences of their mentors and learn essential skills like interpersonal communication, device operation, critical thinking, and more. With RESITE, you can bring storyboards to life with simulated training scenarios and present complex situations that challenge trainee decision-making and prioritization in a safe, controlled environment.

With RESITE, instructors can bring their experiences to life using realistic virtual scenes, intelligent devices, and reactive avatars. Each scene in RESITE is built to represent common training locations but can be customized to match specific real-world venues. Intelligent devices are added to every simulation so that trainees can interact with common equipment of their trade throughout the simulation. Each device reacts to the actions students take to simulate real world cause and effect within the simulation in real-time. Avatars are also included in simulations which allow trainees to observe others on the job, interact with them, and become fully immersed in the world around them.

Common dialog with executives, secretaries, and customers can be simulated for trainees to experience during runtime. Based on how students engage with others can trigger changes in a character’s mood or attitude towards them and allows trainees experience the effects of proper and improper communication. Gamify your curriculum with dynamic simulations that let trainees engage in interactive dialog, interact with virtual staff, ask key questions, and relay key information.

Every action in a RESITE simulation is mapped against a set of learning objectives so that as students interact with equipment and avatars in a scene, instructors are aware of the decisions they make. These objectives can be used to guide students throughout a scenario, assess their performance after the fact, and provide instructor feedback for future training needs that are tailored to a specific student’s competencies.

Using RESITE Simulation you can create and embed multiple scenarios into MOOCs, blended learning, and other eLearning platforms.
