A companion app to our Pulse Platform, closed loop feedback management system, Resonate Echo (Echo) enables staff members to visualise customer feedback in real-time and then act upon the feedback to easily and quickly on the go. Enabling the frontline to close the loop and improve the customer experience.
 
The app allows you to:
• Visualise real-time CX metrics via dashboards – including text analytics on feedback
• See customer feedback – Relevant feedback ready for action
• Action customer feedback – Close the loop with end customers on the go
• Manage your teams feedback and status
 
This app is only available to clients who have Echo set up. If you are interested in using Echo and getting it set up, please contact your Account Manager, or info@resonatesolutions.com.au, and we will aim to get you set up as soon as possible.
