[+] About this app
"Are your eyes feeling tired lately?"
If you continue to look at the screen of your smartphone or PC from a close distance for a long time,
your ciliary muscles will remain tense, causing eye fatigue.
What's more, your posture will lean forward, which can lead to a straight neck, stiff neck, and stiff shoulders.
Using this app, you can measure the time you spend on tasks called "VDT work" that involve looking at a screen,
and quickly record how tired you are.
You can also display statistical information on those records, which will help you take measures when you experience eye strain.
Of course, it can also be applied to game play.
You can also measure your rest time, and use those information as a reference to make your days more balanced.
[+] Main functions
== Timer ==
'Work time' and 'Rest time' can be measured.
Each measured time can be quickly recorded along with a parameter called 'Feeling' that shows "how tired you are" in 5 stages.
And can be checked later.
You will receive a reminder notification when a timer ends, so you can use it in a variety of ways.
== Custom settings ==
You can save a timer time in advance and load it or set it automatically.
It's convenient to record a timer time which you use on a regular basis.
== Calendar ==
You can check timer's measurement times on Calendar.
By tapping the date, you can check on a timeline what time and how long you worked/rested.
In addition, by using the filter function, you can analyze "under what conditions are eyestrain likely to occur?"
== Suggestion ==
After measuring work time, a set of images and text can be displayed in a window as one-point advice.
We provide several Suggestions by default, but you can also create your own new Suggestions and display them.
This is useful when you want to record and display what you want to do after completing a task.
