Customers can effortlessly engage by simply scanning a ReviewCard with their smartphone, seamlessly directing them to the designated review page. This frictionless interaction not only encourages customers to leave feedback but also ensures a hassle-free experience, enhancing the likelihood of positive engagement.
Users can add their business review page information in the app. NFC Reviewcards can be added via the app for the different platforms like Google, Yelp, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor and review links can be saved on the ReviewCards.
Team members can be added as well as their team member pictures. The team members can be assigned to single ReviewCards.
Additional questions can be added to gain more customer feedback if the user is a Platinum member.
All feedback collected with ReviewCards can be reviewed in the dashboard and filtered by month, by team members and by platform.
