You use the app to manage the trade, and put your place up for sale at a fixed price, or mark as open to offer. With the Rezexe app, you’ll be notified of offers made, for you to accept or otherwise. If you accept, the Rezexe platform handles all the payments, and you’ll be able to follow it all on your phone or tablet.

If you’re a buyer, you can use the app to find the reservations or waiting list places you want. You can buy at a fixed price, or you can make an offer, all via the app, and be notified of progress. You can even create watch lists for favourites, like your top-choice restaurant, so you’ll be notified when a place is up for sale.

As with sellers, downloading the app means you’ll be notified every step of the way. It’s all about facilitating buyers and sellers to achieve what they want, when they want.
