RFDS Prime Mover

A community based rehabilitation program aimed at supporting people to better self-manage their heart and lung conditions with tailored exercise programs, lifestyles education, and skills development. Delivered by the Royal Flying Doctor Service in remote communities around Tasmania, Prime Mover can be delivered face to face or remotely through this app- both guided by our team of health professionals.

This app integrates with HealthKit/Health app (with your permission) to help you automatically keep track of your daily step count, so you don't have to enter this in manually. As a user you can at any stage turn this feature on or off in 'Settings'.
