RHB DIRECT (Mobile Application) Cash Deposit/Cash Withdrawal/Share Transfer transactions via smart phone

RHB Direct is the mobile application developed by RHB Securities (Thailand) PCL. (“RHBS”) to provide 24*7 services to its clients .This will enable the clients to request and receive information, announcements on their smartphone. They will now be able to access their account for cash deposit/cash withdrawal or securities transfer and receive any e-document online. RHB Direct is not only convenient but very secure as it employs Single Sign-On user authentication and PIN confirmation.

How to use

Step1: Install “RHB Direct” via App Store.
Step2: Login with RHBS Single Sign-On Username and Password.
Step3: Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of RHB Direct.
Step4: Tap the ≡ (main menu) on the top left corner to view My Account, RHB Inbox or Logout
from the application. Tap the main screen and select ‘Cash Deposit’, ‘Cash
Withdrawal’ or ‘Share Transfer’ to submit the online request.
Step5: Confirm your request with PIN code. After submit the request, the SMS will be
automatically sent for transaction affirmation.
